  • Regularly check the almanac, website, or annual planner for updates.

Communication

  • Check and countersign the school almanac daily.
  • Address communications to the Principal through the class teacher.
  • Inform the school of any change in address or contact details.
  • Meet the Principal or teachers during visiting hours only.

Responsibility

  • Mark all belongings with the child’s name and class details.
  • Ensure children wear the proper school uniform.
  • Prohibit bringing valuables to school.
  • Monitor children's spending and avoid sending extra money.

Safety & Security

  • Personally see off and receive young children at the bus stop.
  • Follow proper procedures for early pick-ups.
  • Ensure students wear helmets when using two-wheelers.
  • Forbid bringing sharp objects or electronic gadgets.

Consideration

  • Avoid taking leave for social functions.
  • No half-day leaves except in medical emergencies.
  • Encourage respect for teachers and school policies.

Environmental Concern

  • Avoid using polybags.
  • Check school website for circulars instead of paper notices.

Examination and Promotion

  • Ensure full attendance during assessments.
